Dinah S. George, MD is a board-certified family medicine specialist located in San Antonio. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. George provides comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages, specializing in diabetes, endocrinology, heart and vascular care, pediatrics, pregnancy and birth, primary care, transplant care, walk-in care, women's health, and senior services. Dr. Aimee Browne collaborates with our Lab Director to oversee the fertility process, foster relationships with patients’ OB/GYNs, and ensure Aspire delivers an exceptional fertility experience. Dr. Browne earned her Bachelor of Arts and Medical Degrees from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She completed her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Emory University, gaining expertise in in-vitro fertilization, minimally invasive surgery, and endocrine disorders. She is Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, as well as Obstetrics and Gynecology. Before moving to Texas, Dr. Browne served as an assistant professor at Emory University. She has presented nationally on ovarian aging, tubal infertility, and obesity. Patients value her kindness, professionalism, and trustworthiness.

Dr. Courtney Failor collaborates with our Lab Director to oversee the fertility process, foster relationships with patients’ OB/GYNs, and uphold Aspire’s mission to create a better fertility experience for every patient. Dr. Failor earned her Bachelor of Science and Medical Degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2014. After joining UT’s faculty as a Clinical Instructor, she completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Failor is passionate about educating couples and developing personalized care plans to help them achieve their dream of having a family.

Aspire Fertility is thrilled to welcome Dr. Jennifer Knudtson to the San Antonio practice at the Stone Oak location. A San Antonio native, Dr. Knudtson completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin and attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where she was an Osler Student Scholar and Gold Headed Cane Award finalist. She pursued her residency in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Medicine and completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Knudtson is passionate about empowering women and couples through education. Her clinical interests include Fertility Preservation, Endometriosis, PCOS, and Unexplained Infertility. Double board-certified, she is active with ASRM and SREI. In her free time, she enjoys running and spending time with her husband, two children, and dogs.

Dr. Ursula Balthazar has over 14 years of experience as a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist. She works closely with our Lab Director to oversee the fertility process, foster relationships with patients’ OB/GYNs, and uphold Aspire’s mission of delivering an exceptional fertility experience. Dr. Balthazar earned her medical degree from Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in 2004 and served as Chief Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where she also completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Before joining Aspire, Dr. Balthazar served as Alaska’s first and only Reproductive Endocrinologist. Recognized for her research and teaching excellence, she has been published in the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology.
