Dr. Courtney Failor received both her Bachelor of Science Degree and her Medical Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed her Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2014 at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Following her Residency, Dr. Failor joined the UT faculty as a Clinical Instructor, and went on to complete her Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Dr. Failor enjoys many aspects of the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility – especially educating couples and helping them seek a personalized plan of care to achieve their ultimate goal of having a family.

Dr. Browne received both a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Medical Degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Motivated by her interest in reproductive medicine, Dr. Browne completed her four-year Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and her Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Emory University in Atlanta. During her Fellowship she received excellent clinical training in in-vitro fertilization, minimally invasive surgery, and endocrine disorders. She is Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and also in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Browne moved to Texas from Atlanta, where she was an assistant professor in the division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Emory University. She has been an invited speaker at several national meetings and has given lectures in the areas of ovarian aging, tubal factor infertility and obesity. Her patients describe her as kind, always professional, and they trust her immensely.

Dr. Ursula Balthazar has been practicing medicine as a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist for more than 14 years. Working closely with our Lab Director, she will plan and oversee the entire fertility process, maintain a relationship with our patient’s OB/GYN, and carry out Aspire’s mission to create a better fertility experience for each and every patient. Having graduated from the Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in 2004, Dr. Balthazar went on to serve as Chief Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of North Carolina as well. Dr. Balthazar is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Dr. Brad Cudnik is a respected chiropractor, clinic director, and long-standing leader in conservative spinal care in San Antonio. With nearly four decades of clinical experience, Dr. Cudnik’s journey into chiropractic began with a life-changing personal experience. As a college student and avid runner, he developed debilitating hip and leg pain that conventional treatments failed to resolve. Chiropractic care restored his ability to run and inspired a career dedicated to helping others regain mobility and quality of life. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Western States Chiropractic College and has been licensed in Texas since 1987.

Kim Ross, MD is a board-certified dermatologist serving patients at Ross Dermatology in San Antonio, Seguin, and La Vernia. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. Dr. Ross completed her dermatology residency at UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, where she was selected as the sole dermatology resident and served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Ross is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Allergic Contact Dermatitis Society, and the Texas Medical Association. Her clinical interests include surgical dermatology, skin cancer prevention and treatment, and cosmetic dermatology

Dr. Jennifer Knudtson completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas in Austin. She attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where she was an Osler Student Scholar and finalist for the Gold Headed Cane Award. Following her passion for women’s health, Dr. Knudtson pursued a residency in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine and also completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Dr. Knudtson is active nationally with the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) patient education committee and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI) research committee. She has published in multiple medical journals and is double board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
